A mud pump and a mud suction device are included with the hinged suction dredger. Dredging begins with the use of a reamer to loosen the river bottom soil, followed by the use of a mud pump to suck the mud from the suction pipe and send it to the shore or into the mud via the mud discharge pipe. Float away. The hinged suction dredger is a non-motorized dredger that is commonly used for dredging and reclamation projects. It is ideal for excavating river bottoms with loose soil, such as sandy soil and silt. Dredgers with toothed reamers can dig through harder gravel clays as well. The hinged suction dredger's construction should also be given special consideration. And the control points of Cutter Suction Dredgers are as follows:
Cross-cutting method
1. For construction in general construction areas, the cutter suction dredger equipped with steel piles should use the symmetrical steel pile horizontal excavation method or the steel pile trolley horizontal excavation method.
2. Dredgers equipped with three-cable positioning equipment should use the three-cable positioning transverse excavation method for construction in areas with strong wind and waves.
3. For cutter suction dredgers equipped with anchor cable horizontal excavation equipment, the anchor cable horizontal excavation method should be used for construction in areas with high current velocity or strong wind and waves.
Sectional Excavation
1. When the trench length exceeds the effective extension length of the dredger's water pipeline, it should be built in sections based on the length that the dredger and water pipeline can excavate.
2. For segmental construction, the turning curve section of the trench must be divided into several straight line sections for excavation, and the curve can be approximated to the straight line.
3. If the excavation specifications or construction period requirements differ, the work should be done in sections in accordance with the contract requirements.
4. Construction can be carried out in sections if navigation or other factors interfere.
Downstream and countercurrent directions
When using steel piles in inland rivers, downstream construction should be used; when using the anchor cable transverse excavation method, countercurrent construction should be used; and when the flow velocity is high, downstream construction and tail anchoring can be used for safety.
